Policy for Digital Programs Products and Services performed

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on T & J Digital Marketing non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If what you purchase is eligible.

Products Eligible for Refund within the first 30 days:

• Viddle Video Hosting: If you want a refund we will do so up to he first 30 days if you purchased the one-time payment. If you are on a monthly subscription you can just let us know to cancel your account prior to your next payment date.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

Non-returnable items:

• Downloadable software products
• Services preformed as a subscription, you need to simply let us know to cancel your subscription. If you use PayPal for your subscription payments you can also log in to your PayPal account and unsubscribe in your accounts area. We do not refund if we have already preformed services in the same month your payment is due. Example: You paid subscription in January and we have preformed any of the service you cannot be refunded for that month. you must unsubscribe the first of February before any services are performed.
